Our Suprfit Yoke is extremely strong. Thanks to the production of solid steel, it can easily cope with loads of up to 450 kg and push you to your limits in your workout. In addition, it can be used multifunctionally as a yoke, sled and also as a squat stand. The Suprfit Yoke doesn't just enhance the workout - it completes it!
In order to support you optimally and to adapt it to your needs, our yoke is of course individually height-adjustable and can therefore be adapted to any body size.
J-cups are included for use as squat stands.
