The curved shape of the curling bar allows for numerous different grip variations for varied training and thus allows different stimuli and demands to be placed on the workout. The grip options on the Suprfit SZ Curl Bar also protect the wrists, which are not exposed to strain in sometimes extreme positions like with conventional, straight barbells. The SZ Curl bar is made of robust steel and can support a maximum load of 200 kg.
