Countless exercises for the upper and lower body can be performed with this versatile training device. The instability of the sandbag effectively improves coordination and speed. The weight can be adjusted quickly and individually with the removable "soft weights". The Soft Weights can also be used without the Suprfit Sandbag to increase the training intensity of exercises.

NOTE: For the filling material, please ensure that iron granules (iron sand) are used in order to achieve the specified 5 kg per bag.

The weight of the sandbag depends on the density and size of the filling material. Certain materials may result in the total weight of the bag being greater or less than the projected weight capacity.
In order to achieve the specified 5 kg per bag, iron granules (iron sand) must be used.
Alternatively, steel medium (blasting sand) with an iron content is also suitable. This is available in the tree act. If you use normal sand, please make sure that the bags are filled to a maximum of 2/3. This is the only way that all bags fit into the sandbag.
