The voucher can only be redeemed for the total value and can be redeemed up to the end of the third year after the year of purchase. Unfortunately, remaining amounts cannot be refunded. The voucher can only be redeemed after completing the ordering process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. The voucher can only be used for the purchase of goods and not for the purchase of further vouchers. Voucher credit is neither redeemed for cash nor does it earn interest. The voucher is transferrable. The seller can make payments to the respective owner with discharging effect.
